Shipping Domestic

We gladly ship anywhere within the continental United States and offer multiple shipping options to meet your timeline. Orders are shipped via trusted third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Please note that shipping speeds are not guaranteed. USPS First-Class Mail and standard parcel services may take approximately 2–10+ business days and can experience delays. If you need your order by a specific date, we strongly recommend selecting an upgraded shipping option at checkout or reaching out to discuss the best method for your timeline.

Shipping International

Please contact me if you are requesting an order to be shipped outside the United States so we can assess the feasibility of international delivery for your specific project. While I’m happy to explore options on a case-by-case basis, international shipping is not offered as a standard service.

Please note that I cannot guarantee shipping timelines, delivery dates, or any customs processing, duties, or delays once the package has left my studio. Buyers are responsible for any applicable fees, and transit times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Returns & Replacements

Custom Orders: All custom orders are non-refundable due to their personalized nature. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are not satisfied with the final product, please reach out. I’m committed to making it right and will gladly offer a replacement when appropriate.

Non-Custom Orders: Non-custom items, including retail products purchased through Etsy, Faire Wholesale, or http://www.kincaidcreative.com, may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me with photos of both the product and the outer packaging. Damaged items will be resolved with either a replacement or a full refund.
