WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders of in-stock greeting cards and paper goods will ship within 1-3 business days. I always try to get your order in the mail as soon as I can to ensure quick and smooth delivery. I offer expedited shipping options if you need your order by a specific date.
Personalized stationery, business cards and custom greeting cards
Custom orders can take 3-4 weeks, or longer depending on the details of each project. Custom letterpress printed projects require design time, printing plates and paper to be ordered before I run them through my manually operated printing press. It's a labor of love, but it's worth the wait.
Wedding invitations
Please plan 8 weeks ahead of schedule to ensure they are mailed on-time.
ARE YOUR GREETING CARDS CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED?
All greeting cards are designed and printed in large runs, so they aren't made to order. This means I can't make a single greeting card with modification to it. However, you CAN print a custom message inside any of our greeting cards, with a 50 card minimum. All estimates are based on quantities and the number of colors being printed. The higher the quantity ordered, the lower the price per greeting card.
DO OFFER DIFFERENT SIZES AND PAPER COLORS?
I am a custom print shop and can offer custom sizes and shapes. If you have an idea for a letterpress printed card, invitation, business card, or package, let's chat! I always excited to work on new custom projects. I have access to almost any size and color of paper and envelopes. Die cut shapes are also available.
DO YOU ONLY DESIGN FOR LETTERPRESS?
We specialize in letterpress printed projects, however, we design for all types of printing. We understand that not every project is letterpress friendly or even appropriate for letterpress printing, and we will make the best recommendation for your business and your specific projects. I don't print non-letterpress projects in-house, but I have relationships with printers to complete your printed project to your satisfaction.
CAN I BRING MY OWN DESIGN IN TO BE PRINTED?
Yes, while most of the work we do is custom designed in-house, we are able to print your letterpress friendly artwork on our presses. There will be a standard setup fee and of course, the cost of printing. We are always happy to help with client-designed stationery, invitations and various projects. Please contact me with questions about your artwork and details on what will make your design letterpress friendly.
CAN YOU COMBINE DIGITAL AND LETTERPRESS PRINTING?
Yes, in some cases it would be recommended to utilize both digital and letterpress printing methods. It can actually produce quite stunning results! An example of this would be a birth or engagement announcement where a photo plus letterpress printing is combined. You cannot print a color photo on letterpress, it would have to be converted to halftone, which is a very cool look, but probably not (usually) how a birth announcement is presented. Therefor, you would first print the photo on the paper stock, and then run the announcements on the letterpress with all the fun details.
HOW MUCH DOES LETTERPRESS PRINTING COST?
Every project is different, so every estimate will be done based on the needs of each client. Don’t be afraid to come in for a free consultation, I wont bite. It’s important to talk through your ideas, or help out with some direction if you have no idea what you need! I can put together an estimate, or help with some ideas that would fit your budget.
